A BILL making a supplementary appropriation to the department of tax and revenue - insurance commissioner, fund 7152, fiscal year 2003, organization 0704, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand three.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand three, to fund 7152, fiscal year 2003, organization 0704, be supplemented and amended to read as follows:
TITLE II-APPROPRIATIONS.

Sec. 3. Appropriations from other funds.

Any unexpended balance remaining in the appropriation for Unclassified (fund 7152, activity 099) at the close of the fiscal year 2002 is hereby reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 2003.
The total amount of this appropriation shall be paid from a special revenue fund out of collections of fees and charges as provided by law.
The purpose of this bill is to supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand three, by amending language with no additional funds being appropriated.
